TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Terms and Conditions

Last updated: October 17, 2026. These are general terms, not legal advice.

1. What this site is

packdomains.com lists domain names owned by us and offered for sale. Each listing shows a price and two ways to proceed: Make Offer (contact us with your offer) or Buy Now (a link to the domain’s listing on a third-party marketplace, where the purchase is completed under that marketplace’s own terms).

2. Using this site

  • The content of this site is for general information about our domain listings. We aim to keep listings accurate, but availability and prices can change without notice.
  • You may not copy, scrape, or republish our listings or site content for commercial use without our permission.
  • You must not misuse the site (for example by submitting false offers or interfering with its operation).

3. What you are buying

  • You are buying the domain name registration only. No website content, traffic guarantees, trademarks, or business assets are included.
  • Domains are sold as-is. We make no claim that a domain is free of third-party trademark rights — buyers are responsible for their own trademark checks before purchase.
  • Renewal dates are available to the buyer on request; the buyer is responsible for renewals after transfer.

4. Prices

  • All prices are in US dollars unless stated otherwise. We may change listed prices at any time before a sale is agreed.
  • Prices on our site are kept in sync with the marketplace listings, but the marketplace listing is authoritative if they ever differ.

5. Buy Now (marketplace purchases)

Clicking Buy Now takes you to the marketplace where the domain is listed. That marketplace’s terms, fees, and payment process apply to your purchase — please read them there.

6. Make Offer

Submitting an offer is an invitation to negotiate, not a binding purchase. See our Offer Policy for how offers are handled.

7. Payment and transfer (direct sales)

  • For direct sales, we recommend using a licensed escrow service. The buyer and seller agree in advance who bears the escrow fee.
  • The domain is transferred to the buyer only after full payment is confirmed (or after the escrow service releases the funds).
  • Standard domain transfers between registrars typically complete within 5–7 days. Newly registered or recently transferred domains may be subject to a 60-day transfer lock, which we will disclose if it applies.

8. Liability

We are not liable for losses arising from your use of this site or from a domain purchase, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

9. Contact
