Make Offer form: your name, email address, the domain you are interested in, your offer amount, and any message you write. We use this only to respond to your offer.

Contact inquiries: the details you provide when you contact us (for example via the contact page or email).

Technical data: standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) used for security and basic site maintenance.

2. How we use it

  • To reply to offers and questions about our domains.
  • To keep the site secure and working properly.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not send marketing emails unless you explicitly ask us to.

3. Cookies

We use only cookies that are strictly necessary for the site to function — for example, form security tokens. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time, though blocking essential cookies may stop parts of the site (such as the Make Offer form) from working.

4. Who we share it with

  • Form submissions are emailed to our offers address and stored in the site’s form-submission records.
  • If a sale proceeds, your contact details may be shared with the marketplace or escrow service handling the transaction (for example the marketplace linked from the Buy Now button), only as needed to complete the transfer.
  • The Buy Now buttons link out to third-party marketplaces (such as Atom, GoDaddy/Afternic, Spaceship, Dynadot, or Namecheap). Those sites have their own privacy policies once you leave our site.

Offer inquiries are kept for up to 24 months and then deleted, unless a sale or dispute requires longer retention.
