How do I buy a domain at the listed price?
Click Buy Now beside the domain you want. You will be taken to that domain’s own sale page on the marketplace that lists it — Atom, GoDaddy or Afternic, depending on the domain. You pay there, not on packdomains.com. PackDomains does not have on-site checkout.
Who handles payment and transfer after I buy?
The marketplace on that domain’s sale page handles payment and transfer. Follow the instructions on that sale page to complete the transfer to your account or registrar. Because each sale is handled by its marketplace, the exact steps and timing depend on that marketplace.
How does Make Offer work?
Click Make Offer beside a domain and fill in the form with your name, email address and your offer in USD. Your offer is sent by email to offers@packdomains.com. Sending an offer does not buy the domain; it starts a conversation about the price.
Are prices negotiable?
Yes. Use Make Offer to propose a price, even if a fixed price is shown. Sending an offer does not guarantee acceptance.
Why do some domains show no price?
Some domains are Make Offer only and have no fixed price shown. There are 18 .SI domains like this. For those names, use Make Offer and propose the price you are willing to pay.
What are .SI domains?
On PackDomains, .SI is presented as Super Intelligence — the new-age intelligence extension. You buy a .SI domain the same way as any other name here, with Buy Now or Make Offer.
Can I pay in monthly installments or lease a domain?
PackDomains itself does not offer lease-to-own or monthly payments. If you buy at the listed price, payment is made on that domain’s marketplace sale page, using the options shown there.
How long does a transfer take?
That depends on the marketplace handling the sale and on the steps it asks you to complete. PackDomains does not set a fixed transfer time, so follow the instructions on the marketplace sale page for your domain.
