Offer Policy
Last updated: October 17, 2026. This is a general policy, not legal advice.
1. How Make Offer works
Every domain listing on this site has a Make Offer option. When you submit an offer, you are inviting us to negotiate — it is not a binding purchase and places no obligation on either side.
2. What to include
Use the Make Offer form with your name, a valid email address, the domain you are interested in, your offer amount in US dollars, and any message you want to add. Clear, serious offers get the fastest response.
3. How we respond
We aim to respond to every genuine offer within 48 hours. We may accept, decline, or counter any offer at our discretion. A sale is agreed only when both sides confirm the final price in writing (email is fine).
4. Good-faith offers
We welcome negotiation, but offers far below the listed price without justification may be declined without a counter. Repeated low or non-serious submissions may be ignored.
5. After an offer is accepted
- Once a final price is confirmed in writing, both sides commit to completing the sale promptly.
- We recommend completing the payment through a licensed escrow service (see Terms and Conditions). The buyer and seller agree in advance who bears the escrow fee.
- The domain is transferred only after full payment is confirmed.
6. Buy Now vs. Make Offer
If a domain also has a Buy Now button, that is a link to the domain’s listing on a third-party marketplace (such as Atom, GoDaddy/Afternic, Spaceship, Dynadot, or Namecheap). You can either buy it there under that marketplace’s terms, or make us an offer here — whichever you prefer. Marketplace listings are authoritative on price and availability.
7. Questions
Use the contact details on the site if you have questions about making an offer.
